Staff Wanted

Because Woodzstock 2018 is going to be bigger than the previous year we’re going to need more essential personnel to help with the critical tasks involved in running such an event.

We’re particularly looking for friendly assertive volunteers to do shifts on important tasks such as Car Park Wardens, Queue management, litter picking etc in exchange for a free ticket or some food and drink.

If you’d be interested please email marked ‘WOODZSTOCK STAFF’

Here’s what our customers had to say about the 2017 festival…

“Absolutely awesome event in a brilliant hidden setting. Took my 7 year old daughter to experience her first festival and she had a great time!”

“I thought the festival was very well organised and a lot of effort had obviously gone into the preparation..well done to all involved!”

“The setting was totally brilliant! The atmosphere was generally well suited and seemed safe for families (guy on stilts and face painting and quiet cinema area were fab).”

“Thanks for organising the event which was a great opportunity for the Black Isle and local people to experience a decent music festival right on their door step!”

“I and the other 6 people who joined me at the festival all thought it was really good. What made it good for us – Location and Setting and the themed areas were brilliant. Good line up. Good mixed friendly crowd. The Gin Bar was really good – Ice, Lemon and Orange all night long. Food – I never had any but the others said it was good. Toilets – They were clean”.

“Well Done – We will all be coming back next year and taking a few more people with us 🙂 “

“Just to say thank you for organising such a fantastic, family friendly event – everyone in our party had a great time!  This was a treat for my daughter’s 12th birthday and her friends.  The venue and set-up was ideal – sufficiently large so the girls could have a bit of freedom from the boring grown-ups but small enough that we could keep an eye on them.  And the ‘boring grown ups’ were even able to enjoy a bit of  a boogie!”

Woodzstock 2017

The first ever Woodzstock was held on Saturday June 17th 2017. Being a new festival we were very fortunate to get nearly 250 people attend.
The weather on the day was dull with some sunny spells and couple of very light showers and so it could have been a lot worse.

Response after the event was much better than we could have hoped for – absolutely fantastic! Positive comment after positive comment hit our facebook page with everyone asking the million dollar question “Would we do it again?”

The fact that we now have a dedicated website and the 2017 event is in the ‘History’ section answers that….
